Honda e:Ny1 now available with £8,750 discount and 0% APR

Honda has announced an £8,750 discount and 0% APR Representative on its all-electric e:Ny1 SUV until February 28, 2026.

The £8,750 price cut is made up of a £5,000 Honda Deposit Contribution and an additional £3,750 from the Japanese carmaker’s in-house Honda EV Grant.

Available on both entry-level Elegance and range-topping Advance Honda e:Ny1 models, the discount sees the e:Ny1’s On The Road (OTR) price slashed from £40,660 to £36,910 for the former and from £42,890 to £39,140 for the latter. With the 0% APR deal, both trim levels are available from £419 per-month on a monthly payment scheme.

Irrespective of how the car is bought, every e:Ny1 purchased between December 1 and February 28 next year will come with a Honda Customer Car Package, which includes Honda’s ‘FIVE’ service plan covering the first five scheduled services at an official Honda dealer, plus two years’ worth of extended guarantee and roadside assistance.

Following this news of a healthy discount, Honda UK’s commercial planning and development department manager, Ian Austerberry, said: “Honda is committed to supporting the transition to electric driving.

“By enhancing our retail offer, we’re making the e:Ny1 even more compelling for customers who want to embrace fully electric mobility with confidence and peace of mind.”

The front-wheel drive Honda e:Ny1 was introduced in 2023 as a replacement for the loveable-but-flawed e, and is available with just one choice of battery, a 62kWh option, returning range of 256 miles.

B-segment SUV rivals include the Hyundai Kona Electric, the Jeep Avenger, the Peugeot e-3008 and the Volvo EX30. Far from a best-seller, the Honda e:Ny1 is likely to be phased out in the not-too-distant future after lukewarm sales and mediocre reviews.

Starting next year, Honda is set to introduce a new line of UK-bound all-electric cars starting with the Honda Super EV – the Japanese car’s rival to the likes of the Renault 5, Fiat Grande Panda Electric, and the upcoming Kia EV2.
