2025 Genesis GV60 arrives in UK with £54,115 price tag and 480bhp

The revised 2025 Genesis GV60 has gone on sale priced from £54,115, with order books already open and deliveries expected in late summer.

This latest Genesis GV60 comes with a tweaked interior and exterior. Inside, the biggest difference over the outgoing model is a 27-inch screen connecting the driver display and infotainment system. However, Genesis’ signature ‘Crystal Sphere’ gear selector remains.

Meanwhile, the i-Pedal feature works with the GV60’s regenerative braking system to offer seamless one-pedal driving, and over-the-air updates are included as part of Genesis’ five-year warranty. On the outside, the Genesis GV60’s micro-lens array LED lights offer enhanced visiblity, and its appearance has been softened.

The 2025 Genesis GV60 is available in three trim levels, entry-level Pure, mid-tier Sport, and flagship Performance. Each car comes with an extended range 84kWh battery, with the £54,115 Pure trim coming with 19-inch wheels, and a 348-mile range.

Step up to the £58,515 Sport model, and this mid-level trim gets an upgraded powertrain with 160kW front and 74kW rear motors, plus all-wheel drive. Combined, this sees the Genesis GV60 Sport able to do the 0-62mph run in 5.5 seconds. However, the extra power and 20-inch wheels drop range to 318 miles.

The top-tier Genesis GV60 Performance is focused on driver experience, and is priced from £67,715. To enhance engagement behind the wheel, it comes with the Drift Mode and Virtual Gearshift based on that in the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, plus an electronic limited-slip differential, and road-scanning adaptive suspension, along with a 480bhp twin-motor powertrain featuring “Boost” mode.

The Performance model also comes with two optional packs thrown in. The £2,930 Comfort Pack featuring massaging front seats with electric adjustment, heating and cooling functionality, an electrically adjustable steering wheel, and laminated glass front and rear. The £2,420 Innovation Pack is also included.

In terms of further options, buyers can choose from 14 exterior colours, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, road noise cancellation, a sunroof pack, and vehicle-to-load technology, meaning it can be used to power items such as electric BBQs, televisions, and even a house in the event of a power outage.

An Innovation Pack Plus is priced from £2,090 on Performance models, and £4,170 on the Pure and Sport. It includes face recognition, remote smart parking, and digital rear view mirror and a digital key. However, digital side mirrors are a £1,310 add-on.
