All-electric Omoda E5 now available with 0% downpayment and 0% APR
The Omoda E5 EV can now be purchased with a 0% downpayment and 0% APR until June 30th, 2025.
The Omoda E5 arrived in the UK in September last year. In-line with the Chinese carmaker’s ethos of ‘Value. Every. Thing’, it has since positioned itself as one of the more low cost-focused all-electric SUVs on the market with a starting price of £33,065. To-date, over 2,000 of them have already been sold in the UK.
Powering the E5 is a 61kWh blade battery offering a WLTP range of up to 257 miles. It can also take a maximum charging speed of up to 110kW. This means the Omoda E5 can charge from 30-80% in 28 minutes with a DC charger.
Inside, the Omoda E5 is well-equipped. As standard, it comes with a curved 12.5-inch twin display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, air purification, a 360-degree surround view camera, plus electrically-adjustable driver and passenger seats.
In light of the Chery-owned manufacturer’s recent offer, Victor Zhang – Omoda UK director – commented: “Having successfully established itself in the UK market since September last year, the Omoda E5 is now proving a very popular choice for drivers across the board.
“Customers recognise the blend of high quality, extensive specification and value for money that the car represents, and early monitoring shows that they are keen to take advantage of this.
“With the favourable finance terms being offered with the Omoda E5, we expect more people to start their Omoda journey with our all-electric model.”
Following its entrance to the UK market, the brand has already committed to an ambitious expansion strategy. By the end of 2025, it aims to open an addition 59 dealerships bringing its total to 130 across the country.
Omoda will also be one of the brands displaying their vehicles at the upcoming Everything Electric show at the ExCel London, which runs from April 16th – 18th.
