‘Kia Electric Experience’ gives buyers early access to EV4 and EV5 at UK dealers
Kia is giving potential customers early access to its upcoming EV4 and EV5 models via its ‘Kia Electric Experience’ tour, which will run across selected UK dealerships from July 8, to November 2, 2025.
The Kia EV4 was unveiled earlier this year in Tesla Model 3-fighting saloon and Volkswagen ID.3-rivalling hatchback forms. Meanwhile, the Kia EV5 will arrive on UK shores as a rival to similar-sized SUVs such as the Tesla Model Y, the Skoda Enyaq, and the Peugeot E-3008.
The Kia EV4 is built upon Kia’s bespoke Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), and is underpinned by 400V electrical architecture. The EV4 will benefit from either a 58.3kWh battery or an 81.4kWh unit, plus an ultra-low drag coefficient of just 0.23Cd to maximise efficiency.

Like the Kia EV4, the Kia EV5 also sits upon the dedicated E-GMP platform and comes with an 81.4kWh battery paired with a 215bhp front-mounted motor. Both the Kia EV4 and EV5 are expected to go on sale in the UK by the end of 2025. Official specifications, pricing, and a launch date will be revealed in early Q3 this year.
In addition to these two new EV models, the South Korean manufacturer will bring along its existing EV range to the nationwide Kia Electric Experience. The all-electric Kia models already on sale in the UK are the EV3 compact SUV, the EV6 crossover, and the full-sized EV9 SUV.

During the Kia Electric Experience events, brand specialists will be on hand to alleviate any concerns potential customers may have about making the switch to EV, as well as any questions surrounding the brand’s all-electric line-up.
The Kia Electric Experience has a dedicated website outlines participating dealerships and schedules. Those interested in making the switch to an all-electric Kia will need to to reserve their place at the event as reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
