Fiat Grande Panda Electric gets mid-range Icon specification in UK
The Fiat Grande Panda Electric is now available for UK buyers to order in mid-level ‘Icon’ trim.
The Icon sits between the entry-level Red model, and the flagship La Prima. Irrespective of trim level, the Fiat Grande Panda Electric comes with a 44kwh battery offering up to 199 miles from a single charge.
With Fiat’s own £1,500 ‘E-Grant’, the RED Grande Panda Electric starts at £19,535. This gets you rugged 16-inch white steel wheels, a 10.25-inch centrally-mounted touchscreen with plug-in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, plus cruise control and reversing sensors.
Pricing for the Fiat Grande Pande Electric Icon has yet to be announced. Yet Fiat promises 16-inch black alloys, front and rear skid plates, rear privacy glass, and roof rails harking back to the original Fiat Panda of the 1980s.

Inside, the Icon comes with the same 10.25-inch screen as the Red, albeit with wireless mobile connectivity. Black ‘Icon’ pattern seats are standard, along with a 40/60-split rear seat and air conditioning operated by actual physical buttons.
The La Prima, priced from just under £24,000 before the E-Grant, adds 17-inch alloy wheels, heated seats, automatic air conditioning, built-in sat nav and front parking sensors.
The Grande Panda Electric isn’t the only EV to recently get the the Icon treatment. Just last week, the Italian manufacturer announced that its 600e crossover would be offered with the mid-tier trim level.

However, the 600e Icon – with its 54kWh battery and 250-mile range – is slightly better equipped than its Grande Panda Electric cousin, thanks to add-ons including automatic climate control, keyless go, wireless smartphone charging, and a 180-degree wreless smartphone charger.
After orderbooks opened on September 01 this year, the Fiat Panda Grande is embarking on a UK dealership-wide tour to allow potential buyers to experience the vehicle first one-on-one. The Grande Panda tour began on September 10, and will end on October 20 ahead of initial deliveries being made at the start of the following month.
